Job Description: Germanspeaking Technical Customer Advisor

Schedule: Monday Friday 10am to 7pm
Location: Sofia Bulgaria Advance Business Center (Sofia Bulgaria)
Salary: Up to 3500 BGN gross
Training: Onsite 4 weeks training 8 weeks nesting
Hybrid Work: Possible after training if performance is good

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Provide Solutions: Deliver effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Maintain Standards: Uphold company standards and ensure quality service.
• Update Documentation: Keep documentation current and accurate.
• Detect Spam: Identify and manage spamrelated issues.
• Offer Guidance: Assist customers with troubleshooting and product usage.
• Analyse Issues: Investigate and analyze customer reports.
• Assess Reports: Evaluate customer feedback and provide insights.
• Provide Guidance: Offer expert advice and support to customers.

Requirements:

• Languages: German (B2C1) English (B2)
• Profile Nice to Have:
  • Good linguistic expression in German and English
  • Active listening skills
  • Proficiency with various troubleshooting and diagnostic tools
  • Efficient time management to meet response and resolution targets
