Job Title: German Technical Customer Support
Location: Sofia Bulgaria

We are currently seeking a German Technical Customer Support specialist to join a leading tech company. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our Germanspeaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any technical inquiries and will assist them with their needs in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to technical inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone email and chat
Resolve technical issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience
Maintain detailed customer records and update information as needed
Continuously improve product knowledge and technical support skills through training and development opportunities

Requirements:
Fluency in German with a strong command of English.
Authorized to work in Bulgaria (EU ID work permit in Bulgaria etc.).
