Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service and interested in working for one of the worlds most iconic brands Were looking for Polishspeaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Sofia supporting customers across both voice and chat/email channels.
Employment Type: Permanent Fulltime
Work Model: Hybrid (Office days: Tuesday Wednesday Thursday)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone chat and email
Provide exceptional customer service for client products and services
Address customer concerns and provide solutions ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Support both Polish and English customer lines
Maintain uptodate knowledge of client products and policies delivering prompt responses.
Requirements:
Fluent in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks
Eligible to work in Bulgaria
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
