Product Owner - Training Provided

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to drive the development and implementation of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) as part of a broader IT revamp. This role is critical in supporting the companys ambitious growth plans which include increasing capacity to handle 5.0M devices and leveraging a new factory in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with CEO and other key stakeholders to define the MES product vision and roadmap.
• Gather prioritize and manage product requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs.
• Translate business needs into detailed specifications and user stories for the development team.
• Work closely with developers QA and operations to ensure the delivery of highquality MES solutions.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to facilitate communication and address issues.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for MES product improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in manufacturing and supply chain operations:

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Business or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in MES manufacturing or supply chain environments.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain management and MES technologies.
  
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  
• Excellent communication leadership and project management skills.
  
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations particularly with Oracle NetSuite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field.
  
• Certification in Agile Scrum or Product Management.
  
• Experience with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
