Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled HR & Admin Executive to oversee human resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the logistics industry and demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skills. This role is vital in fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

The Challenges

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives aligned with the companys business strategy.
  • Support the recruitment and selection process to attract retain and develop talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding training and development programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance management.
  • Administer work pass processes (application renewal cancellation appeals etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Stay informed about relevant government grants and initiatives including workforce development and training programs.
  • Manage monthly compensation and benefits to ensure competitive and fair practices.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee daily office administrative tasks including documentation data entry record keeping procurement and scheduling.
  • Plan and implement administrative policies and processes to improve efficiency and operational workflows.
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Manager as required.


What It Takes

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Proven experience in recruitment talent management and employee relations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
