Job Description:

As a Technical Support Analyst you will provide advanced technical support to endusers ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues assist with IT projects and provide guidance on the use of IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support to endusers for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
  • Respond to and resolve support requests via phone email or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems escalating complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
  • Install configure and maintain computer hardware software and peripherals.
  • Assist with the setup deployment and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Document and track support requests and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
  • Provide training and guidance to endusers on IT systems applications and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives to enhance IT services.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven 24 years of experience as a Technical Support Analyst IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and network systems.
  • Proficiency in operating systems (e.g. Windows macOS) and office productivity software.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
