Minimum Technical Qualifications (MTQ) for the Respondents Proposed Team

As of the Offer due date the Respondents proposed personnel must individually or collectively meet the following qualifications as evidenced by Attachment II Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume(s):

At least one member of the Respondents team must be identified as a Project Lead for this engagement and this individual must have successfully delivered at least one (1) project of similar scope and complexity to Exhibit A Statement of Work.

At least ten (10) years of experience performing business impact analysis IT risk assessment and DR gap analysis.

At least ten (10) years of experience developing DR assessment strategy plan and processes.

At least ten (10) years of experience optimizing DR strategy plan and processes to improve efficiency and resiliency.

At least ten (10) years of experience working with SaaS cloud environment (e.g. AWS Azure) colocations and onpremises datacenters.

Desirable Technical Qualifications (DTQ) for the Respondents Proposed Team

It is desirable for the proposed project personnel to either individually or collectively have the following listed experience knowledge skills and resume(s) as evidenced by Attachment II Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume(s). CalSTRS may request a copy of the degrees/certification for desirable qualifications:

Experience providing consulting services to State and/or Federal agencies in the USA.

Hold degrees/certifications in the areas of business continuity IT risk management or disaster recovery.

Experience developing streamlined IT processes using industry standards and best practices such as Lean Six Sigma or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

Experience managing IT projects using industry standards and best practices such as Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK.
