E commerce Manager

Job Summary:

Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the platforms and global marketplaces and ensuring the achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and operating expenses.Job Description:

Driving the sales performance of the ecommerce & Quick commerce platform Managing and executing promotional campaigns Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department new product sellthrough and offering code performance

Job Specification:

Proven experience as an Ecommerce Manager Excellent in MS Office & Exposure to SAP will be an added advantage Excellent communication and public speaking skills Graduation/ Post Graduation in Marketing Business Administration or a related field Age below 45 years Job Location Thrissur/ Ernakulam CTC 10 LPA Open for both Male & Female candidates
