Quality Executive

Manage quality oversight of thirdparty manufacturing partners to ensure compliance with company standards regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Review and approve manufacturing batch records specifications and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
Monitor and analyse manufacturing process data including deviations investigations and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) implementation.
Lead investigations into quality issues nonconformances and customer complaints related to thirdparty manufacturing implementing effective corrective actions.
Support new product launches by coordinating quality activities with thirdparty manufacturers including validation and qualification activities.
Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System and ensure compliance at 3rd party manufacturing sites.
Conduct Finish Product supplier audits and assessments to evaluate manufacturing capabilities quality systems and adherence to contractual agreements.
Provide technical support and guidance to thirdparty manufacturers on quality requirements standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop Support and maintain quality agreements specifications and documentation related to thirdparty manufacturing activities.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including R&D Brand Supply Chain and Product Development to ensure seamless integration of quality processes with third party manufacturers.

Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory updates and quality standards applicable to cosmetic manufacturing.
Conduct Finish Goods Audits Quality Process audit of consignments in the factory location to check product quality and ensure that process followed as laydown in procedure and GMP protocol to be followed.
Ensure the Product testing at Manufacturer site as per specification (Fragrance test Shades Aesthetic test etc.)
Interprets Different technical reports and Must Know the GMPs SOPs and documentation protocols knowledge on basic personal care process and ensure compliance.
Visits stores warehouse and interact with sales and brand team for quality concerns.
Responsible for initial trials to product technology transfer to manufacturing units.
Systematic planning for multiple projects and Ready to travel when required.
Coordinate with manufacturing unit for finish goods and production schedule for Quality Inspection of finished goods
Technology Transfer in case of product shifting Line / lab trails of batches before commercial identify gaps & improve quality process and system Process improvement and monitoring of new and critical products.
Identify and deploy the technical skill sets quality processes resource levels and systems to deliver projects including the engagement of external resources as required
