Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of MAX International HR Service center support; monitoring case management; transactional processing with a focus on a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. This role monitors coaches and develops HR Customer Service Representatives builds highly collaborative teams that consistently achieves HR customer service and call center metrics creates and refines processes and applications that support integrated delivery of worldclass processes. Leads the service representatives toward standardised and consistent operating practices that drive efficiency and effectiveness a skilled process excellence leader. Develops and sustains appropriate controls for information and data and ensures timely delivery. Primary contact for HR Employee Relations and Compliance within the geographic region to deliver an excellent HR service to the business developing reviewing updating and maintaining HR business policies processes and systems to meet legislative requirements reduce operational risk and meet HR best practice standards. Building connection with and providing support to the field HRBPs as needed Provides support for restructuring and administrative support for acquisitions that the company undertakes as it relates to data provision and collation or absorbing new structures into the organisation. Partnering with Total Rewards COE to ensure timely delivery of all compensation and rewards initiatives including oversight of teams responsible for collaborating with local payrolls in the execution of Compensation and Reward processes and systems to ensure all compensation and reward initiatives are delivered to time and standard. Supporting the HR Service delivery leader on key initiatives as and when required. Manages relationships with internal stakeholders across departments to address any legal or compliance issues including management reporting
