Job Title: Intelligent Automation Senior Manager
Job Location: Princeton/ Plainsboro NJ (Must be able to be onsite 60% of the time)
Job Duration: Permanent (Hybrid Role)

The Challenge:
We are seeking an innovationfocused Senior Software Engineer specializing in Intelligent Automation AI and Software Development to join our IT Commercialization & Enabling Functions (C&EF) team. This role is for someone passionate about designing developing and implementing automation solutions. You will work with a team of developers and architects to craft innovative automation software solutions that will improve efficiency and productivity supporting C&EF business requirements. This role is entirely handson and includes offering technical guidance for automation and software development within Productorienteddelivery (POD) teams. Collaboration with a team of architects and developers to ensure timely execution of PODs is essential.
You will utilize tools like Microsoft Power Platform Bizagi Automation Platform RPA tools (e.g. UiPath/Blue Prism Automation Anywhere) ChatGPT LLM AI APIs integration software and other software development tools to build and deploy scalable resilient software applications for the C&EF organization. You will be responsible for fostering a cohesive digital IT C&EF ecosystem by developing innovative systems and automated processes to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall success of the C&EF Organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement automation solutions for C&EF enterprise platforms and products such as SFDC Health Cloud Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud Veeva CRM & Vault products Omnichannel products AWS SAP S4/Hana Workday Concur Azure and other enterprise and commercial applications.
- Create build and deploy software solutions leveraging automation platforms like Microsoft Power Platform Bizagi Automation Platform and RPA tools as well as integration solutions APIs microservices and other relevant technologies.
- Work with various stakeholders to understand requirements and build quick prototypes to demonstrate the value of concepts.
- Utilize readytouse UI library components from tools such as Figma for creating user interfaces and wireframes to create Canvas Apps using Figma designs for rapid prototyping of automation design projects.
- Build simple reports and dashboards using Tableau and other reporting visualization tools.
- Monitor troubleshoot and maintain automation throughout the software development lifecycle ensuring reliability availability security scalability and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including Technical Product Owners Technical Delivery leads developers and data engineers to design and deliver highquality intelligent automation across the C&EF organization.
- Apply innovative solutions to optimize legacy systems elevate automation from a tactical to a strategic IT capability and accelerate the digital agenda of the C&EF organization.
- Stay current on the latest automation technologies and explore new ways to improve solutions.
- Harness automation to empower customers contribute to enhancing and innovating products and optimize processes.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development testing and deployment using onpremises and cloudbased platforms and tools.
- At least 5 years of experience with automation platforms and tools such as Azure Automation Power Platform Bizagi Automation Platform Selenium or similar RPA tools such as UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere and automation administration and governance.
- At least 3 years of experience using BPM tools integration APIs and microservices.
- At least 5 years of experience writing simple and complex SQL queries.
- At least 3 years of handson experience with cloud services such as AWS Azure or Google.
- Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python Java C# etc.
- Experience in applying artificial intelligence machine learning and big data techniques to automate complex business processes and optimize performance.
- Ability to design develop and maintain modular scalable and reusable automation solutions using best practices and standards.
- Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
- Experience working with SaaS/PaaS systems and integrating them with cloudbased automation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a musthave.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification such as Certified Solution Test Automation Specialist Certified Bizagi Developer/Professional Associate/Advanced Power Platform Fundamentals/Developer Associate or similar is preferred.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and services such as AWS Azure or Google.
- Implementation experience in Tableau or other reporting visualization software is highly preferred.
- Implementation experience of the business rules engine is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Azure AI Sagemaker DataRobot etc. is nice to have.
- Experience in the Life Sciences Biotech or Pharma industry is nice to have.
