Commercial Specialist

As Commercial Specialist you will:

• Providing legal support for drafting reviewing and negotiating relevant contracts company policies and other legal documents.
• Prepare after sales agreement according to needs of regions and transactions.
• Summarize potential risks of current business activities and provide advice to business managers to ensure that issues are identified and resolved and that business risk is managed appropriately.
• Liaise and cooperate with the legal team.
• Aftersales contract signature process and signed contracts archiving.
• Other commercialrelated work.
  
  

• Master of Law degree with knowledge of European law better with related working experience.
• Basic knowledge of Automotive industry.
• Experience in drafting reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Good commercial/transactional negotiation skills particularly in crosscultural and multijurisdictional transactions.
• Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing. Chinese language skills would be a plus.
• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills precise and able to multitask effectively.
• Organized team spirit high integrity and ethical values.
