Project Manager for Japanese Customers

The role

Join our team as a Product Manager where youll be responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish ensuring timely and budgetconscious delivery. Youll prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to escalate rush projects when necessary. Effective communication with various departments will be key to your success as you promote seamless workflow and keep stakeholders informed through regular reports and updates. By fostering strong relationships with customers youll drive retention and loyalty and help take our products to the next level.

Your tasks

• Manage projects from inception to completion including budget tracking scope and delivery
• Prioritize expedite and escalate rush projects accordingly
• Promote smooth workflow and communication between departments
• Preparation of reports and project status updates regularly for both customer and management
• Develop customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty

What will you need to be successful

• University degree in computer science for economics business management or similar
• Communication and coordination skills to work with crossfunctional and international teams
• Proactive and motivational team player able to work under pressure
• Team player eager to learn and hungry for new challenges
• Fluent in english and japanese willingness for business travels to customers
• Background of project management with japanese customers
