About this role

As part of our Finantialteam you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Student Financial Business Partner is expected to become the key financial team member developing great relationships with Project Managers and Financial Business Partners to support and influence the successful execution of projects in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate actions with finance organization related to reporting invoicing cash vendors tax and other project related activities.

• Assist/Support all Financial Business Partners & PM staff with the following activities but not limited to:
  
• Manage contract uploads & updates into Microsoft Dynamics.
  
• File and post final contract documents.
  
• Monitor all budget categories against the budget.
• Ensure compliance to contractual commitments to Clients (discounts rebates fx clauses).
• Coordinate actions with finance organization related to reporting invoicing cash vendors tax and other project related activities.

• Problem solver able to aggregate large data volumes.
• Fluency in English written and oral.
• Excellent communicator
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be enrolled or graduate from an accredited university/college/or specialized educational program related to the relevant study area.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
• Good oral written communication and presentation skills.
• Selfdirected and able to work without supervision.
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
