Job Description
Position Title: IT Support
Work Setup: Hybrid
Salary: Php 30000.00 Php 40000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN IT SUPPORT
Responsibilities as an IT Support:
Installing and configuring computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners.
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
Maintaining analyzing troubleshooting and repairing computer systems hardware and computer peripherals.
Providing technical support across the company for issues involving core business applications and operating systems including Office 365 apps Teams & Zoom (remotely).
Providing printer support.
Remotely supporting Audio/Video configuration for conference rooms and other AV related projects. Familiar with audio and video technology including HDMI analog and digital audio/video feedback elimination microphone and speaker placement and conference room setups.
Remotely providing conference meeting room support during live meetings both onsite and offsite.
Repairing equipment as necessary or coordinating with supplier repair service.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Onboards new staff; provides advanced and refresher training for existing staff when required.
When alerted by a user work closely with the Senior IT Manager International when performing problemsolving tasks if needed.
Document process and procedures for software and installations.
Provides on the spot troubleshooting and basic identification evaluation prioritization and resolution of issues.
Fully and clearly document all incidents service requests and resulting steps into the ticketing system.
Ability to work with all levels of an organization required.
Escalate and notify senior management of critical outages in a timely manner.
Qualifications as an IT Support:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or relevant fields.
Minimum of 2 to 3 years proven work experience.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Must be fluent in English.
Strong time management skills.
An ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Mut have a technical logical thought process.
An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
An ability to prioritize.
A keen eye for detail.
