Reports To: Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Location: Head Office of Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. (1406 Centerpoint Bldg. Garnet

Road Ortigas Center Pasig City Metro Manila Philippines)

Position Summary: The IT Supervisor will oversee the companys IT infrastructure ensuring

optimal performance security and scalability. This role involves managing onpremise servers

cloud servers and storage for backup and IT Disaster Recovery networking internet facilities

MS Windows systems and cybersecurity measures. The IT Supervisor will also provide end

user support and align IT operations with the companys strategic plans for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure Management:

Oversee the operation and maintenance of onpremise and cloud servers ensuring

performance within SLA high availability and reliability.

Manage network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and wireless

access points.

Ensure the Windows environment is secure uptodate and optimally configured.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.

Implement and maintain security measures to comply with the Data Privacy Law.

Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions ensuring data integrity and availability.

EndUser Support:

Provide technical support to endusers addressing hardware software antivirus &

malware protection and network related issues.

Support HR in the implementation of ITrelated tasks for the onboarding and offboarding

of employees

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective use

of IT resources.

Conduct training sessions for staff on IT best practices and security protocols.

Maintain an uptodate inventory of IT assets and ensure proper asset management.

IT Procurement:

In collaboration with Purchasing and Finance lead the IT team in the selection sourcing

and procurement of IT assets that includes deployable technologies like laptops and

printers.

IT Services Reporting:

Determine critical KPIs that will measure effectiveness and efficiency of IT services

IT services includes server and network performance helpdesk performance

onboarding and offboarding performance and IT overall security.

Report IT services performance to management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Strategic Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT strategies aligned

with the companys growth objectives.

Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for new investments.

Develop and manage the IT budget ensuring costeffective solutions and resource

allocation.

Plan and manage IT projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business

goals.

Assess IT Team performance monthly and annual. Prepare annual SWOT analysis.

Determine how to address gaps in the IT Team and IT services performance for

consideration in next years IT plan.

Cybersecurity and IT Disaster Management:

Monitor and assess security threats vulnerabilities and risks.

Implement and maintain security protocols policies and procedures.

Conduct regular IT disaster readiness exercises

Conduct regular security audits and assessments.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a collaborative and highperformance work

environment.

Set performance goals provide feedback and conduct performance evaluations.

Ensure continuous professional development and training for IT staff.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco Microsoft CISSP) are a plus.

Experience:

Proven minimum 23 experience as an IT Supervisor or similar role.

Extensive experience with managing onpremise and cloud servers networking

Windows systems and cybersecurity.

Experience in providing enduser support and managing IT teams.

Strong project management skills.

Skills:

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Proficiency in network management and Windows environments including Windows

Active Directory

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.

Ability to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

Fulltime position.

May require occasional evening or weekend work to perform maintenance or upgrades.

Oncall availability for emergency support.
