Technology And Reporting Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions leveraging and where needed adapting existing methods and procedures
• Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within the company
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
• Good knowledge of HR and handson experience related to all types of HR related custom reports data sources business objects and dashboards
• Create process documents or job aids
• Understand the business process and connect with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Strong knowledge of the functional area of HR a plus
• Enhance optimize and generate reports and dashboards
• Collaborate between teams and drive end to end creation of reports

• Project Rest Day: Weekends
• Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 1

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 5 years overall experience in reporting (building and mobilizing reports) using PowerPivot or PowerBI
• With experience in VBA and macro to automate reports
• With good comms skills
• Supervisory experience is preferred NOT required
• Recruitment background is preferred Not required
• Open to getting resources from any industry
