Job Description
Role Overview:
As a Brand Designer at our company you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our brands visual identity. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of design assets from logos and marketing collateral to digital experiences and motion graphics that effectively communicate our brands messaging and values.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity and Design
Develop compelling visual concepts and design solutions that align with our brands strategic goals and resonate with our target audience
Design and produce a variety of branded assets including logos stationery packaging promotional materials and other print collateral
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all design outputs by maintaining and evolving our brand design system including guidelines for typography color imagery and other visual elements
Provide guidance and support to other designers on the team to ensure adherence to brand standards
Digital Design
Design engaging and userfriendly digital assets such as websites landing pages social media graphics email templates and other digital content
Ensure a cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints by applying responsive design principles and staying uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies
Collaborate with the web development team to translate design concepts into functional highperforming digital experiences
Motion Design (Added Advantage)
Demonstrate expertise in motion design software such as After Effects Cinema 4D or Premiere Pro
Create captivating motion graphics animations and video content that enhance our brands visual storytelling and engage our audience
Work closely with the video production team to ensure seamless integration of motion design elements into our marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Collaboration and Presentation
Present design concepts to clients marketing teams and other stakeholders incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs
Work closely with crossfunctional teams including marketing product and engineering to align on design priorities and requirements
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall design strategy offering creative insights and solutions
DataDriven Design
Collaborate with the marketing and executive teams to develop strategy and tactics to create interest demand and recognition of the brand through the use of performancedriven design
Analyze design performance data and user feedback to improve the effectiveness of our visual assets continuously and brand experiences
Translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling layouts and online user experiences that drive engagement and conversion
Requirements
Qualifications:
35 years of experience as a Brand Designer or similar role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects) and other design software
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and techniques including motion design (if applicable)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work
Proven experience in creating and maintaining brand design systems
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design concepts effectively
Familiarity with datadriven design principles and the ability to interpret design performance metrics
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field
