Job Description

As an Admin Assistant you will support the Migration Agents Solicitors and the Migration Support team in preparing documentation for visa applications completing online application drafting of lodgments and assisting in case management. Your responsibilities will also include drafting client agreements and raising and requesting invoices using Salesforce CRM.

Charting Your Path in Tech HR:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Day (Mon Fri; 7AM 4PM)
Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home

Mission: I mPossible Tasks
  • Supporting the Migration Agents Solicitors and Migration Support team in preparing documentation for visa applications.
  • Drafting and completing online application lodgments.
  • Assisting in case management including drafting client agreements and raising and requesting invoices using Salesforce CRM.
  • Managing the team s CRM and case management system.
  • Managing the Smart Visa team events including organizing meetings entering visa expiry dates into calendars and organizing webinar events.
  • Providing general administrative assistance.

Requirements

Skill Set: The Perfect Techmate

  • Previous experience in a team support administrative position within a professional services environment (minimum 12 years).
  • Exposure to working with AU or US businesses is a plus.
  • Proficient in English skills used within a professional working environment (listening reading speaking and writing).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can do attitude.
  • Strong IT skills including proficiency in MS Outlook and the MS Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM system is helpful.
