Construction Project Coordinator

Full time 9am to 6pm CST (Central) (11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time) MF

The client needs a driven and experienced Project Coordinator to join their growing team. This

role is crucial for developing BuildtoRent (BTR) communities across three major metropolitan

areas in Texas initially focusing on Houston. The Project Coordinator will be involved in every

aspect of the development process from site selection and land acquisition to project completion

and sale. Their expertise and insights are highly valued and they will be encouraged to

contribute to process improvements and speed up project timelines.

Duties Assist the Construction Manager and team in evaluating potential

BTR construction projects.

Assist with collaborating with architects engineers and other

consultants.

Manage project and timelines proactively identifying and

mitigating risks.

Coordinate with various departments and external stakeholders

ensuring seamless communication and project flow.

DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee building permitting inspector approvals and entitlement

processes ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative

strategies to streamline processes and accelerate project

completion.

Facilitate invoice payment to vendors using Quickbooks

This individual will serve as the primary interface with the

construction management tool Builder Trend.

Specific responsibilities will include:

Tool setup

Vendor and supplier information input

Managing Purchase Order creation

Subcontractor assignment

Lien waiver compliance

Scheduling

Managing construction timelines

Providing support to the Construction Manager.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE OR

SKILLS NEEDED

Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to

manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet

deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Experience and/or Bachelors degree in Architectural Industrial

Engineering Real Estate Business Administration or a related

field.

With 3 to 5 years Project Management experience is required.

Highly preferred for real estate development / construction

projects.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform market

research and due diligence municipality code and requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability

to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management

software.

Experience in using AutoCad and Revit highly preferred.

Experience in any Construction management software is preferred

Proactive solutionsbased thinker and should demonstrate an

entrepreneurial nature with a sense of urgency.
