Construction Management Supervisor

Technical Support to FAI Project Development (PD) focusing on Townships Land Development and Infrastructure.

KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensuring that the requirements of the project are implemented on time;
2. Providing technical inputs and advisory to meet FAI project quality standards;
3. Assist FAIs Technical Managers;
4. Coordinating FAIs technical requirements to Sharepro Inc. Filinvest technical arm.

• Construction Management
• Contracts Administration
• Cost Planning

5. Monitoring of project milestones with awareness of the project life cycle.

6. Peer review of plans and construction reports to align with FAI requirements.

7. Preparation of progress reports and documentation.

Skills:

• Solid competency in Construction
• Exposure to site & construction management
• Architecture or Civil Engineering background
• Working knowledge of project life cycle and its processes
• Knows how to interpret and implement Regulatory requirements & standards
• Basic AutoCAD skills
• Punch listing

Qualifications:

• College graduate preferably BS in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• At least 35 years of working experience
• Preferably Licensed Engineer/ Architect
• Has attended ISO/PMI/Construction Management Seminars
