Job Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative proficient in inbound email SMS and handling customer calls with experience in analytics and computer skills. The selected candidate will embody the values of teamwork and excellent customer support demonstrating passion drive and eagerness to learn. They will join a team that embraces challenges and excels in a fastpaced environment.

A glimpse of your future role:
Employment type: Fulltime
Shift: Shifting Training is 9PM6AM or 10PM7AM Monday to Friday for 3 weeks work schedule. Should be flexible with days off as based on operational needs.
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: Up to to PHP 35000

Your Action Plan for Success:
  • Provide impeccable support to customers via live chat email text messages and phone calls.
  • Conduct indepth research to ensure customer followups identify customers needs and assign priority.
  • Answer questions about the application process and application status.
  • Provide technical assistance and problemsolving for mobile apps and websites.
  • Address and resolve complex problems and customer complaints.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required by the supervisor or manager.
  • Follow established procedures and standards.
  • Achieve the position s performance objectives and expectations.
  • Post payments to customer accounts.
  • Process balance adjustments on customer accounts.

  • No employment gaps

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a call center is required.
  • Previous experience working from home is required.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service under USbased accounts.
  • Good analytical problemsolving and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Ability to work with CRM and call center systems.
  • Impeccable judgment and acute attention to detail.
  • Customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability for multitasking in a highpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • It is mandatory to have a conducive secure and private home office that is free from background noise.
  • Previous experience working from home is required with an excellent attendance record.
