The HR Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves ensuring that the HR department operates efficiently and aligns with our business objectives. Daily duties include managing recruitment processes, developing strategies for performance evaluation, training and development, as well as implementing HR policies and procedures. The HR Lead will also be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
