Salary Range: $150k$170k

Recognized expert within the company who architects designs researches and develops highly advanced space applications which may result in new product/business opportunities for the company.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) across sites on EE projects with full design cycle recommends strategic EE technical paths for business expansion across company; defines industry best practices for company mentorship.

Emerging authority who applies extensive technical expertise to design problems and is able to provide innovative solutions.

Responsibility

o Complexity of Task Assignment Works on multiple highly complex major projects requiring innovative original solutions. Strong understanding of development programs with strong exposure across entire development lifecycle from concept to decommission.

o Planning Technical planning estimates tracks & completes project on time and within budget across multiple projects simultaneously.

o Scope/lmpact Results are key to successful completion of major projects/programs.

o Lead/Oversight Responsibilities Lead or strong influence over technical staff.

o Supervision Works independently with minimal supervision.

o Guidance Provides guidance to group and mentor junior engineers.

o Initiative Exercises substantial initiative/ judgment in work methods and in implementing and interpreting goals.

o Technical Writing Able to write desi n review data packages and proposals.

o Is a SME across program areas under specialty and with a detailed understanding of how multiple systems interact.

o Familiar with and understands industry best practices.

o Proficient in Systematic RCCA processes and ability to follow those methods and generate RCCA reports for the customers
