Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer for a position in Orlando FL responsible for mechanical engineering on largescale projects. This role involves mechanical system design analysis/calculations component selection and system installation/commissioning.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement integrated mechanical assembly systems.
• Perform system design analysis including stress fatigue and risk assessments.
• Create and manage mechanical design documents and drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Design and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic control systems.
• Conduct hazard analysis and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead system integration projects for industries such as entertainment and manufacturing.
• Act as a technical lead and project manager on smaller projects ($50k$250k).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in mechanical systems stress analysis and amusement ride safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 35%.

Skills and Competencies:

• Knowledge of contract documents and specifications.
• Ability to collect and accurately record field data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office environments.
• Strong problemsolving planning and decisionmaking abilities.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Ability to see hear speak clearly and perform tasks requiring dexterity.
• Ability to drive lift climb and maneuver equipment.
• Work in standard office onsite and diverse industrial environments.
