SAP SD Team Lead

Recruit121 is seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP SD Team Lead to join a leading renewable energy organisation and manage its global SAP S/4HANA Sales and Logistics applications team!

(Please note this role is 100% remote working but you must be based in Spain)

Tasks

• Oversee and prioritize the tasks and projects of the SAP Sales and Logistics team.
• Establish and maintain an efficient organizational structure to enhance service delivery.
• Drive the implementation of SAP global templates and sitespecific business process improvements.
• Ensure business processes remain stable and continuously improve.
• Proactively propose and implement system enhancements standardization and automation.
• Set and monitor individual performance goals for team members providing regular feedback.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by improving the operational service framework.
• Facilitate team meetings and ensure appropriate task allocation.
• Manage employee performance and conduct reviews.
• Ensure critical service areas have adequate backups.
• Efficiently handle service and change requests.
• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of tickets according to guidelines.
• Anticipate future project and support needs adjusting resources accordingly.
• Transition projects to operational status ensuring adherence to standard processes.

Requirements

• 510 years of experience in a comparable role within SAP (ECC6 / S/4HANA).
• Strong handson experience in SAP Sales and Logistics.
• Previous experience in SAP team management.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and responsibility when working with international teams.
• Proficiency in English
