Job Description
- Payment Industry Intelligence: Keep abreast of trends, innovations, and regulatory changes impacting the payments industry and derive their impacts on our business/customers.
- Serve as the point of contact for our Payment partners and manage resolution of Partner issues.
- Manage Vendor performance: Perform contract negotiations and monitor contract performance. Establish KPIs to constantly identify opportunities to optimize partner performance.
- Drive strategic alignment between our payment partners and Oracle FGBGU teams (marketing, solutions, sales, and legal).
