Job Description
Commercial
- Delivery of business Sales Medium Business target and business results by championing a client-centric sales mindset
- To drive and champion a sales and growth mindset within the organization
- To develop right offerings for SMB, affordable price point to penetrate SMB clients
Financial Acumen
- To build and deliver the SMB annual operating plan, achieving revenue and cost targets
- To manage the ongoing pipeline management, sales forecasts & sales meetings
Client Leadership
- Build SMB client prospect database
- Segment SMB clients by their data expertise & need state, to define relevant solutions that address their needs/ pain points
- Actively engage with clients & taking ownership
- Be the voice of SMB client into NIQ, and the voice of NIQ into the client
- To ensure client centricity and satisfaction
- To represent the NIQ brand in the SMB market, participating in external events and professional speaking engagements
