Job Description
- Apply journey level skills to contribute in maintaining the store in “Shape as New” by performing all round building maintenance and repair functions according to the planned maintenance process at a moderately complex level.
- Have an in-depth understanding of systems and maintenance of building assets, equipment, and other facilities to be maintained, using skills and expertise to diagnose and provide emergency repair, preventative and reactive repairs.
- Complete work orders and perform routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment as per PPM schedule.
- Diagnose and perform routine maintenance and repair involving the following equipment/systems on a daily basis:
- Mechanical, HVAC, FAHU, AHU, UPS, FCU, VFD systems
- Electrical & Plumbing
- Appliances, Travellators.
