Key Responsibilities:

• Develop domain knowledge and a deep understanding of business processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Design systems that meet customer needs and adhere to architectural guidelines.
• Deploy and support business applications.
• Configure and integrate vendorsourced enterprise software with internal systems.
• Continuously improve systems with enhancements and bug fixes.
• Actively participate in an integrated DevOps team utilizing Agile methodologies with a strong focus on change management.
• Provide daily operational support for applications including troubleshooting incidents identifying root causes implementing solutions resolving problems making configuration changes and monitoring performance.
• Communicate proactively and respond swiftly to production issues and project tasks with a strong customer focus.
• Monitor interfaces/data loads administer security and provide feedback/solutions on application performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with team members to address both tactical and strategic issues.
• Develop and maintain support documentation.
• Ensure IP compliance for systems and software as appropriate.

Technical Skills:

• Highly motivated flexible selfdirected and capable of working productively with minimal supervision demonstrating a high degree of ownership.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify communicate and resolve issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey business and technical information to a diverse audience.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in scripting to automate tasks.
• Experience in design testing and implementation support for both internal platform deployment or lifecycle projects and customerfacing projects.
• Knowledge of and experience in technology standards and controls for planning design development testing deployment and secure operation of applications (DevSecOps).
• Familiarity with integration and communication among applications APIs databases and technology platforms both onpremises and in the cloud.
• Handson experience with as many of the following technologies as possible: C# Power BI PowerApps Ansible Python Java Azure APIs RESTful web services databases SQL HTML CSS JavaScript SAML OAUTH 2.0 Visual Studio Git GitHub Azure DevOps boards and pipelines vendor/SaaS software management.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment supporting team members and receiving support in return.
• Experience in deploying new solutions and applications including providing training and support.
