Job Description;

• We are looking for a Software Developer with strong skills in C/JavaScript.

• This role requires a combination of technical expertise excellent communication skills and product knowledge.

• You will assist users by debugging triaging and troubleshooting code that runs within the tool ensuring they have a seamless experience.

• Additionally you will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to provide product insights and improve the overall platform.

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and guidance to users of the data annotation tool by debugging and resolving issues in C/Python/JavaScript code.

• Analyze triage and troubleshoot problems reported by users ensuring efficient resolutions.

• Develop a deep understanding of the data annotation tool and its integration points to assist users effectively.

• Communicate complex technical issues clearly and efficiently with both technical and nontechnical users.

• Collaborate with product teams to offer feedback and insights for tool improvement.

• Write maintain and test code when necessary to support or enhance the tool.

• Provide training or documentation as needed to improve user experience and assist with onboarding new users.

• Requirements: Proficiency in C or Python with additional experience in JavaScript for frontend interaction.

• Strong debugging code reading and triaging skills to quickly resolve user issues.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in English to both technical and nontechnical users.
  
• Familiarity with data annotation or related tools is a plus.

• Strong problemsolving skills with attention to detail and the ability to think critically about user challenges.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team handling multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
