Job Description
Design Product Engineer (Founding)
- Youll lead and own the entire design process from initial user research to the final UI implementation.
- Design intuitive userfriendly interfaces that enhance collaboration between humans and AI in complex systems.
- Quickly prototype and refine designs incorporating realtime feedback from early users.
- Establish and expand a scalable design system to ensure consistency across products.
- collaborate closely with engineers to turn your design into reality.
What You Bring:
- Proven ability to design products that resonate with technical audiences (e.g. AI data tools developer platforms).
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies with the focus on solving complex problems.
- Expertise in prototyping and iterative design with a knack for refining ideas based on user feedback.
- Deep understanding of the daily challenges faced by technical teams such as site reliability and platform engineers; oncall alerts and incident management.
- A passion for AI and a drive to push the boundaries of whats possible in bold vision for reshaping human AI interactions.
