Job Summary:
The Solutions Engineer will collaborate closely with sales product management and engineering teams to understand client needs design technical solutions and support the implementation of our products and services. This role requires strong technical expertise excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Design and architect customized solutions that meet client needs and integrate with existing systems.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and benefits to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on client feedback.
- Develop proofofconcept (POC) demonstrations and prototypes to validate solution concepts and feasibility.
- Support the implementation and deployment of solutions including configuration integration and testing.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to customers during presales and postsales engagements.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during solution implementation and adoption.
- Document technical specifications solution architectures and deployment guides.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve solution design and delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) preferred.
- Minimum of 35 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer Sales Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cloud technologies.
- Experience with designing and implementing technical solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python JavaScript) and API integrations.
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Customerfocused with a passion for delivering highquality solutions and services.
- Experience with CRM systems ERP systems or SaaS solutions is a plus.
