Cluster Revenue Manager

We are a wellknown hospitality group operating in the heart of Ghent Belgium with two exceptional properties: the Ghent Marriott and the Residence Inn. The Ghent Marriott is located in the historic city centre overlooking the Leie River and boasting 150 luxurious bedrooms 9 versatile meeting and event spaces a renowned restaurant and a charming terrace. Meanwhile the Residence Inn offers 105 modern selfcatering apartments catering perfectly to extended stays with all the comforts of home. Our owners are developing two additional hotels and a meeting centre in Ghent expanding our footprint and solidifying our presence in the local market.

We are currently seeking an accomplished Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee revenue operations across our properties in Ghent. This pivotal role involves crafting and executing revenue strategies aligning with brand policies and driving growth through effective sales and pricing strategies. As a revenue manager you will attend and drive business meetings assist in achieving brand positioning and play a senior role within the hotel commercial team to develop and drive revenue strategies. You will also ensure that relevant hotel and central commercial team members are actively engaged in all revenue decisions conduct market analysis participate in the delivery of annual budgets and manage and develop the reservations team.

To be successful in this role you will need 2 years of direct experience in revenue management and reservations experience within rooms and/or M&E advanced Excel skills and strong preference for setting up and using systems to monitor and evaluate information from a wide variety of sources. You should also have strong presentational and influencing skills effective coaching skills effective communication skills highly skilled in organization and planning and be fluent in English/Dutch. Marriott brand and system knowledge is preferred and prehotel opening roadmap implementation experience is a plus.
