Job Summary:

We are looking for customerfocused and enthusiastic Azure Specialist to join our Team. You will provide support and project delivery for our customers and service desk.

You should have a genuine interest in solving IT issues and empathetic to customer needs and requirements. Day to day tasks include management and troubleshooting of Endpoints (Windows Apple mobile) user support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills be willing to collaborate with the wider IT support teams and help us continue to develop a strong partnership with our customers.

Job Description:

• Demonstrated experience in an IT Solution Provider or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  
• Indepth knowledge of troubleshooting across various IT domains (hardware software network).
  
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex environments.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience in Supporting level 1 and 2 Queries.

Possession of at least one of the following qualifications: AZ900 MS900 or higher.

Demonstrable support and troubleshooting experience with the following Azure components: Active Directory Exchange Online Autopilot Intune Endpoint Manager Conditional Access Multi Factor Authentication Privileged Identity Management Azure Information Protection Azure Networking & Firewalls Azure Storage PowerShell scripting Azure Virtual Desktop.

LAN/WAN troubleshooting skills.

Proficiency with Apple products and mobile technologies.

Experience with Office 365 Applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

Familiarity with using ConnectWise ticketing system and NAble for RMM is preferred.

Windows 10 and Windows 11 troubleshooting and support experience.

Experience in building and maintaining desktops and laptops.

Requirements Job Qualifications: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a managed service provider (MSP) environment. Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across a variety of IT domains, including networking, systems administration, virtualization, and cloud technologies. Proficiency in deploying and managing enterprise-grade networking equipment, servers, and storage solutions. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft server and workstation operating systems, registry settings, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP networking, and firewalls Hands-on experience with leading IT platforms and technologies, such as Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, and/or Juniper. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and strategically to solve problems efficiently. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. Desire and ability to learn new technologies and the ability to multi-task to deliver services using various technologies to multiple companies
