Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement project management strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives.
  
• Lead the project management team providing guidance mentorship and professional development opportunities.
  
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities and resource allocation.
  

Project Management

• Oversee the planning execution and delivery of multiple SAP projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
  
• Establish and maintain project management standards methodologies and best practices.
  
• Monitor project performance identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  

Client Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships fostering trust and longterm partnerships.
  
• Conduct regular project reviews with clients providing updates on progress challenges and successes.
  

Team Management

• Lead a team of project managers ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed.
  
• Conduct performance evaluations provide constructive feedback and develop individualized growth plans.
  
• Promote a collaborative and positive team environment encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in SAP project management.
  
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the project management team.
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  
• PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role within an SAP consulting environment.
  
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP projects.
  
• Strong understanding of SAP technologies and solutions.
  
• Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
