HNHCMC Senior Security Architect

• Create and manage the security architecture framework and strategy for the bank.
  
• Create and uphold the banks security standards guidelines and practices.
  
• Perform audits and security assessments to make sure security standards and policies are being followed.
  
• Work together with other IT teams to develop and deploy security solutions in various locations and business divisions.
  
• Participate in the delivery team and ensuring that all bank employees are adhering to pertinent security standards and regulations.
  
• Build and maintain connections with internal and external stakeholders in order to advance best practices and security awareness.
  
• Take part in forensic investigations and incident response for significant incidents
  
• Determine possible security threats and create plans for reducing them in intricate and expansive situations.
  
• Assess new security technologies and suggesting their use across the company.
  
• Plan employee career development orientations training programs and the departments growth of human resources.
  
• Follow the line managers instructions regarding other duties.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or related field.
  
• It is strongly preferred to have professional security certifications like GIAC CCSP CISM or CISSP.
  
• A solid grasp of security techniques technology and concepts
  
• Thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulatory guidelines including PCI DSS etc.
  
• Prior TOGAF experience would be advantageous.
  
• At least 8 years of expertise in the area of information security at least 5 of those years spent in a security architecture capacity.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing security architecture frameworks and plans for expansive intricate settings.
  
• Expertise in project management and team leadership for security architecture.
  
• Knowledge of security technologies in big settings including firewalls intrusion detection/prevention systems vulnerability scanners cloud security container security and microsegmentation.
  
• Demonstrated expertise deploying security solutions in various locations and business divisions.
  
• Fluent in Speaking and Writing English
  
• Agile Product Development Experience
