BA QA Analyst

BA/QA ANALYST (Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Analyst) supports BA/QA Manager in maintaining controlling and analyzing enterprise data. This includes data collection data processing and the performance of statistical analyses for various departments across different organizations to support decisionmaking. Overall responsible for maintaining standard data structure and data processing

• Transform data into useful information graphs dashboards or data visualizations.
• Recommend process improvement to improve data gathering storing retrieval and reporting.
• Inspection and evaluation of existing data in all systems in place.
• Works with the BA/QA Manager or BA/QA Specialist to design develop implement and support on installed assigned and implemented information systems
• Create prepare revise and maintain Technical specifications documents and/or User manuals or Quick guides.
• Evaluate business processes that affect data integrity.
• Clean up of nonstandard records.
• Analyze functional and business applications through user specifications and requirements.
• Identifies and resolves service incidents issues questions and problems with all elements of the assigned information system.
• Works with vendors suppliers contractors and other Solution providers in the delivery of turnkey information system projects.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelors Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related disciplines.
• Basic IT knowledge in Business Process Structures and Modelling
• At least 1 year experience in any information system (i.e. ERP OutoftheBox) or Process evaluation improvement and implementation.
