Provides Level 1&2 help desk and technical support for corporate endusers on IT infrastructure information systems and IT services. Level 1 includes basic desktop troubleshooting network services device configurations etc. Level 2 includes endusers technical support for corporate applications and information systems.
Works with senior team members in the daytoday operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure.
Escalates support problems that are beyond skill level to senior team members or vendors responsible for providing the required technical support.
Performs other IT functions as may be assigned.
Job Specifications:
Must be a Bachelors degree graduate in Computer Science/Engineering or other related fields.
Must have a working knowledge and experience in any two of the following functions: systems administration servers networking databases systems development or information security.
