Global Marketing Director

Position Overview:As the Global Marketing Director you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with our business goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the legal technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the marketing team providing guidance mentorship and support to achieve departmental goals.
• Oversee the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns including digital marketing content marketing social media email marketing and more.
• Analyze market trends customer insights and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaborate with product development sales and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Manage the marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using datadriven insights to optimize strategies.
• Foster relationships with key industry partners media outlets and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Stay current with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• US or UK citizen or have working rights
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools CRM systems and analytics platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
