Business Development Coordinator at AwardWinning Architecture Practice in London

This prestigious studio has experienced remarkable growth and is renowned for its innovative and highquality design work across multiple sectors. As a Business Development Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the acquisition of new business in the UK Ireland and the Middle East working closely with the accomplished Business Development team.

Your role will be instrumental in producing and delivering prequalification efforts and managing business development materials and data. You’ll contribute to the studio’s larger market strategy spearheaded by the Director of Business Development by preparing compelling responses to RFPs and RFQs client presentations project portfolios and more. This position offers significant personal development potential within an international and highly ambitious creative environment.

In this role you'll be coordinating multiple tasks across various projects requiring meticulous attention to detail. You will report directly to the Director of Business Development and collaborate with the Operations Team Bidding and Legal teams and the global Business Development Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing active support to the Business Development Team including senior leaders such as the Managing Director Partners and Associates.
• Strengthening the studio’s presence in existing markets focusing on the UK Ireland and the Middle East.
• Developing new client consultant and collaborator relationships while maintaining existing ones.
• Preparing coordinating and producing PQQ/RFP/RFQ/RFI submittals creating and editing content for proposals interviews pitch decks and business development materials.
• Organizing and updating project information sheets CVs and project portfolios.
• Managing CRM and project databases becoming a subjectmatter expert and resource for the team.
• Conducting initial assessments and vetting of new potential projects supporting proactive market research.
• Preparing regular status updates and assisting in drafting fee proposals for potential projects.
• Supporting the Global Press Team on lectures exhibitions and pressrelated activities.
• Coordinating office and projectrelated tours for potential clients and collaborators.
• Proactively bringing new ideas and initiatives to the table.

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture Design Urban Studies Communications Writing or a related field with 12 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or design industries.
• A strong interest in market research in architecture and design especially in the UK Ireland and the Middle East.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive selfdisciplined and enthusiastic approach to work.
• The ability to multitask prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team often under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite particularly InDesign with strong graphic skills.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Sugar Open Asset or Airtable.
• Fluency in English both spoken and written; proficiency in another language is a plus.
