The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries troubleshooting product issues and providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

• Promote inbound and oubound sales
• Leads generation thorugh different channel
• Conducting demo calls
• Responding to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
• Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback.

Qualifications:

• 1 years of experienceworking in a Salesrole
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
• Flexibility to work in US/nightshift hours.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
