Job Description

Growing company is looking for an experienced Assembly Tech to perform heavy mechanical assembly and build custom machines. This is a 1st shift position that offers a schedule of 10 hour days Monday through Thursday. Overtime is available.

DUTIES FOR THE ASSEMBLER:
  • Clean and assembly bearing housing and piping
  • Install rotating parts and force feeders
  • Closely follow instructions to assemble custom machines for the manufacturing and mining industries

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ASSEMBLER:

Skilled in Blueprint reading

Skilled with mechanical background & assembly.

Heavily skilled with bearing fitments & overhead crane use.

Must have his/her own tools (heavier tools are provided)

Must have good knowledge in the use of indicators hydraulic pullers & torque wrenches.

Experience in the use of overhead cranes with parts ranging from 1 20 ton.

Have good communication skills & willing to work well with others.

Must have a valid driver s license

Must have the ability to lift 50lbs

At least 5 years on the job experience
