Job Description

As a Remote Cruise Booking Specialist you will be responsible for assisting clients with their cruise travel plans ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience. You will use your knowledge of cruise lines itineraries and travel regulations to provide expert advice and recommendations. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with selecting and booking cruise packages including accommodations excursions and travel insurance.

Provide detailed information on cruise itineraries ship amenities and cabin options.

Handle inquiries via phone email and chat ensuring prompt and courteous responses.

Customize travel packages to meet clients specific needs and preferences.

Process payments and manage booking records using our reservation system.

Stay uptodate with the latest cruise industry trends promotions and travel regulations.

Resolve any issues or concerns that arise before during or after the cruise.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in travel booking or a related customer service role preferred but not required

Knowledge of major cruise lines and destinations is highly desirable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Proficiency in using computers.
