HVAC Technician

Job Overview:

Join our team as a fulltime HVAC Technician! Repair Masters is looking for a dedicated skilled professional to manage all aspects of HVAC systems from maintenance to new installations. This role requires a positive proactive selfmotivated individual who is a quick learner and works well without supervision.

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation and a valid Arizona drivers license

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week including some nights weekends and oncall duties

• Must provide your own tools of the trade

• Experience in general maintenance duties including plumbing and electrical work

• Ability to read write speak and comprehend English

• Clean background and driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Willingness to become the qualifying party for the HVAC contractor license

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC maintenance and new installations

• General property maintenance duties

• Prepare vacant rental units for occupancy

• Medium to light computer use

Compensation:

• DOE: $30$38/hr for qualified candidates

Pay: $30.00 $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Monday to Friday

• Nights as needed

• On call

• Rotating weekends

• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• HVAC: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Required)

• EPA (Preferred)

• HVAC (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
