Site Quantity Surveyor

A well know construction company specialising in upmarket residential construction projects is currently looking for a dynamic Site QS.

Duties:
Measurement and Valuation:Measuring and valuing the work completed onsite to ensure accurate payment to contractors and subcontractors.
Progress Reports:Preparing detailed progress reports that outline the work completed and the associated costs.
Interim Payments: Preparing interim valuations and payments for contractors based on the work completed.
Quality Assurance:Ensuring that the quality of work meets the required standards and specifications.

Requirments:
Quantity Surveying qualification
2 experience with Upmarket residential projects
Clear criminal record
Availible ASAP

Duties: Creating and Maintaining Schedules:Developing detailed project schedules that outline all tasks, milestones, and deadlines. Coordination:Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are aligned with the schedule. Monitoring Progress:Tracking the progress of the project against the schedule and identifying any potential delays. Adjusting Schedules:Making necessary adjustments to the schedule to accommodate changes in project scope, resources, or timelines. Resource Allocation:Ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet project deadlines.
