SHE Administrator will be required to update the clients internal SHE documents. Ensure all the clients internal SHE processes are being followed perform quarterly updates for the client internal safety files.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily Weekly Monthly and annual updates of the clients internal SHE documentation.
- Perform quarterly updates of the client’s internal safety files.
- Liaise with all the client’s staff to ensure all of the client’s internal SHE processes are being followed.
- Liaise with the Safety Officer to ensure all the client’s SHE documentation and requirements have been provided.
- Ensure the required clients internal SHE reporting is completed timeously.
- Adhoc SHE assessments of the clients working environments.
- Responsible to ensure all of the client’s team members Medicals Inductions as well as Indemnities per site are up to date including in assisting with all coordination and bookings thereof for renewals for all existing and new employees.
- Keep record of all PPE via PPE registers as well as ordering of PPE as and when required as per H&S regulations and job requirements.
- Liaise with the client’s SHE Consultant to ensure the client’s safety standards are managed and maintained at industry standard.

Knowledge Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant technical qualification
- Health and Safety Representative Certificate
- 35 years SHE Administration experience.
- Communicate well at all levels.
- Read and write reports and analyze information.
- Strong report writing and presentation skills.
