Job Overview: Seeking a proactive Recruiter to source screen and place candidates in diverse roles catering to both client and candidate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Identify candidates via job boards social media and networking.
- Screening: Review resumes conduct interviews and assess qualifications.
- Client Relations: Understand client needs and maintain strong relationships.
- Placement: Match candidates to job opportunities and coordinate interviews.
- Administration: Maintain accurate records in the ATS and manage onboarding.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (preferred) or relevant experience.
- Experience in recruitment or staffing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in ATS and Microsoft Office.
