In this role you will:
- Lead and manage banking relationships and secure financing for growth including longterm lending and lines of credit.
- Oversee all accounting and finance functions ensuring compliance with GAAP and ASC606 standards.
- Manage cash flow financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Handle inventory management job cost accounting and financial auditing.
- Administer AR AP payroll collections tax reporting vendor registration and purchasing/procurement management.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies procedures and controls.
- Produce KPI reporting and expense management to drive financial performance.
- Foster a culture of extreme ownership and continuous improvement within the finance team.

Position Hours and Location
We are actively hiring for this position. You will be expected to work a standard schedule of at least 40 hours per week at our downtown Knoxville Tennessee headquarters located at 200 Jennings Avenue. Our office hours are Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. ET.

Requirements
To excel in this role you will need:
- 510 years of experience as a Controller with a proven track record of growing a company to or past $50M in revenue.
- Exceptional skills in managing banking relationships and obtaining financing for growth.
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards including GAAP and ASC606 as well as cash flow management financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in inventory management job cost accounting financial auditing AR and AP management tax reporting payroll administration collections management vendor registration KPI reporting expense management customer credit applications distribution account management depreciation management and purchasing/procurement management.
- An incredible personality and company fit with a willingness to put in the work to build an excellent accounting/finance program.
- Strong organizational analytical and problemsolving skills with extreme ownership of your role.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to work well in teams.
