What you will be doing:

• Provide legal counsel to clients on a wide range of real estate issues including acquisition ownership disposition financing development and leasing.
• Address legal questions regarding land use and zoning matters restrictive covenants and more.
• Facilitate real estate and loan closings.
• Draft review and negotiate contracts purchase and sale agreements easements developer agreements and other documents related to real estate transactions.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state laws regulations and policies.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex real estate issues.
• Collaborate with the internal real estate team and clients to ensure successful completion of real estate deals.

Experience you will need:

• 35 years in real estate law.
• Juris Doctorate degree.
• Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Microsoft Word.
• Advanced legal research and technical writing skills including proficiency with legal research tools such as WestLaw and Practical Law.
• Strong academic and employment credentials.
• Excellent writing research negotiation and communication skills.
